Stefanie has a degree in Managerial Executive Assistant to C-suite Senior Management with over 10 years’ experience gained globally through various companies, such as Siemens and Dr. Oetker. She is involved in various projects and events for different parts of the business, leads our internal communication and is an ambassador for Mite and thrives engagement. Stefanie is a neutral and independent advisor to the MD, enabling the day-to-day management routines that enhance the effectiveness of the Senior Management Team and the organisation as a whole. She has been an integral part of the management team since 2017.
