Paul O’Donovan

Paul joined Mitie in May 2024 as People Partner with a background including people management roles and learning and development experience. He has worked in a People function in Facilities Management industry for six years in both Ireland and the United Kingdom. He has been involved in multiple contracts across Pharma, Corporate, Public Sector, Logistics and Manufacturing, Retail and Transport. Paul has a passion for Diversity and Inclusion and is involved with shaping Mitie’s practices in these areas. He has also been coordinating our newly established Facilities Management Graduate Program which is aimed at getting university graduates firsthand exposure to the FM industry.
