bio Les Sheridan Position: Managing Director – Ireland Email: les.sheridan@mitie.com Over the past two decades, Les progressed from trainee accountant to management before moving to the FTI Treasury, a treasury consulting and outsourcer based in the IFC in Dublin. He joined Pierse Contracting in 2002, where he held several senior finance roles and gained operational experience representing Pierse’s interest in several joint ventures and partnerships including hotels, car parks and student residences. Les joined Mitie Ireland in 2011, and transitioned to Managing Director in 2017 – he is now focused on making Mitie the partner and employer of choice in Ireland’s facilities sector.
