Karen manages and leads Mitie’s Service Desk Team through process enhancements, staff training and upskilling. This has provided a reliable and relevant technical helpdesk, including ancillary support services through a tailored CAFM system. Karen brings a process driven approach to Mitie’s service desk to make sure our customers receive the best possible service. She has spent the last ten years working as a leader in the FM industry in Ireland and has held her current role with Mitie since May 2019.
