Ian Glendon

Ian is an innovator who previously worked for Lidl Ireland, where he led the Facilities Management Department to maintain a safe and cost-effective environment across 200+ sites. Over Ian’s 15 years with Lidl Ireland he managed multimillion-euro construction and refit projects and progressed on to managing the property operations of all sites across the island of Ireland. Ian implemented an award-winning sustainability program and redefined FM process based on lean principles. Ian brings a wealth of technical knowledge and experience to the business.
