Guillaume is a Facilities Operation Manager with almost 10 years of experience at Mitie. Following a successful 14-year career in the Food and Beverage Industry, he went back to college and graduated with a honours degree in Construction Management. He then worked in building loss assessments, quantity surveying and construction. At Mitie, Guillaume is managing the hard and soft services for Paddy Power ROI and NI.
