Darren is a results-driven leader with over 25 years of experience transforming operational performance and leading high-performing teams within global organisations across Ireland, the Middle East, Europe and Asia. He has worked as both a contractor and a consultant in many sectors including aviation, energy (nuclear, oil and gas) and construction, delivering HSEQ services, operational improvements and organisation-wide strategic transformation projects.

He holds a Masters in Business Administration and a BSc in Engineering Management, which underpins his ability to drive performance and implement robust solutions in highly regulated environments. Darren brings a passion for innovation, collaboration and process improvement in complex environments, making sure that organisations achieve excellence.
