Courtney Gibbons

Courtney brings over 25 years’ experience from the Irish Naval Service, where he developed strong leadership, teamwork and decision-making skills in high-pressure operational environments. He later transitioned into the Health and Safety training sector, designing and delivering industry courses, before gaining experience in logistics coordination and security operations.

A highly motivated, hands-on security leader with a passion for the security industry and latest technologies, Courtney joined Mitie in 2026 and manages several large corporate and retail security contracts including Brinks and Flutter. He is a trusted advisor to the company and our clients ensuring ongoing safety and security at multiple locations.
