Aisling Maher

Aisling is a Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment experience since 2016, including international recruitment experience in Canada. She joined Mitie in 2024 and brings a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder partnership and delivering inclusive hiring strategies aligned to business needs.

She is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion and works closely with leaders to attract, engage and retain talent, while continuously improving hiring processes and candidate experience.
